Is public participation necessary in a representative democracy? have the courts extended their jurisdiction in a matter which they ought not to? Today has turn out to be an abused process where citizens got an opportunity to abuse the system …ventilate on what is going wrong rather than give views of the issue at hand! Court must redefine the process of public participation such decisions are retrogresive
